Dental clinics

Website design for dental clinics in Dubai

Most dental sites list treatments. Almost none of them answer the two questions that actually decide whether someone books: what will this cost me, and will it hurt.

A dental website has one job, and it is not to describe the clinic. It is to take a nervous person who has been putting this off for months and get them to pick up the phone. Nothing about a stock photo of a smiling model does that.

What does it is answering the awkward things first. Roughly what a treatment costs, whether insurance covers it, how long it takes, what the sedation options are, and who exactly will be treating them. Clinics avoid publishing that because competitors can see it, and in doing so they lose the patient to whoever answered.

The other half is the booking. A form that lands in an inbox someone checks on Thursday is not a booking system. Enquiries need to reach a person the same day, on the channel the patient chose.

What is actually wrong

The four things people describe when they call.

Nobody can find out what it costs

The most searched question about any treatment is the price, and the site answers everything except that. So the patient closes it and asks a clinic that did.

The site is a brochure, not a booking tool

Pages of treatment descriptions, then a generic contact form at the bottom. There is no path from being interested to being in a chair.

It looks nothing like the clinic

You have invested in an interior people comment on, and the website looks like it was built by the practice management software vendor in 2016.

Enquiries go somewhere nobody watches

A form posting to an old info@ address that one person checks occasionally. In dentistry a two day reply is a lost patient.

Publishing prices, and why the fear is misplaced

Every clinic worries that publishing a range invites price shopping. In practice the opposite happens: a range filters out the people who were never going to book and reassures the ones who were. A patient who sees a figure and books has already accepted it, which makes the consultation a clinical conversation rather than a negotiation. A range with what it depends on is enough. Nobody is asking for a fixed quote on a website.

  • Indicative ranges per treatment, with what moves them
  • Insurance and payment plans answered on the treatment page, not buried
  • What the first appointment actually involves, step by step
  • Recovery and time off work, stated honestly

Built for how patients actually search

Nobody searches for a clinic by name until they already know it. They search for a treatment and a place, then they compare three sites in a browser with four other tabs open. That means every treatment needs its own page that can be landed on cold, and it means each page has to carry enough to make a decision without navigating anywhere else.

The closest thing we have built

AK Tennis Academy

Not a dental clinic, and we will not pretend otherwise. It is the same problem: a Dubai business losing enquiries because the questions arrived one at a time in DMs and the booking never reached anyone. The site answers them up front and the form reaches a person.
