Using this website

This website is provided by Ignivo Studio for information about our studio and services. You're welcome to browse, link to, and share anything here. Don't scrape it wholesale, misrepresent it as your own, or use it to train a model that competes with us (we will find out).

Content and intellectual property

All content on this site, text, design, code, graphics and the Ignivo mark, belongs to us or our clients and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Case-study material appears with client permission. If you'd like to reference our work, a link and a credit is all we ask.

Client engagements

Project work is governed by a separate statement of work and master services agreement signed by both parties, not by these website terms. In case of any conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Proposals and quotes are valid for 30 days. Fixed prices are genuinely fixed for the agreed scope; changes to scope are priced and approved in writing before work proceeds.

No warranties on the free stuff

Articles, resources and advice published on this site are provided in good faith but without warranty. They reflect what worked for us; your project may differ. Nothing here constitutes legal or financial advice.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
