Privacy policy

The short version

This site sets no cookies. It counts visits with our own privacy-first analytics, which store nothing that identifies you. The only personal information we ever receive is what you choose to send us, and we use it solely to reply.

What we receive, and when

If you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you send: your name, your contact details and what you write about your project. We keep it to respond and, if we end up working together, to run the engagement.

The contact form sends your enquiry straight to us: your name, your company, what you write, and the email address or phone number you give us to reply to. Nothing is sent until you press the button.

Cookies and analytics

No cookies. This site sets none, first-party or third-party, and runs no advertising trackers.

We count visits with our own analytics, built to know as little as possible. For each page you view we record the page and its title, how long it was on your screen, the site that linked you here, your country, and whether you are on a phone, tablet or computer. We also record a few actions, such as starting the contact form or tapping our WhatsApp link.

To tell one visitor from another without cookies, your IP address and browser type are combined with a random secret and scrambled. The IP address itself is never stored. The secret is replaced every day and the old one deleted, so we can see the order of pages a single visit went through on that day, but never connect it to your visits on other days.

None of this identifies you, with one exception worth being plain about: if you send us an enquiry, we may be able to see the pages you viewed during that visit alongside your message. Visit records are deleted after 13 months.

One small exception lives entirely on your device: if you change the display currency on the pricing page, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so it sticks on your next visit. It is never transmitted to us.

Currency detection

To show prices in a sensible currency, the site asks our hosting platform which country your request came from and falls back to your browser's locale. The answer is used once, in your browser, to pick a default currency. We do not store it or connect it to you.

What we never do

We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run advertising trackers. We do not enrich your details from third-party sources. We do not send marketing you didn't ask for.

Retention and your rights

Project enquiries are kept for two years, then deleted. Client records are kept for the duration required by law. You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for its deletion. Message us on WhatsApp (+971 58 570 3840) and we'll answer within 30 days.
