The process
Live in about two weeks
Five plain steps from first call to launch. Most projects fit inside about two weeks. A small one-page site can be live in a few days; a larger, more complex platform takes longer. We tell you which before we start, not after.
Phase 01 · Days 1–2
Discover
One focused call and a short review of what exists today. We work out who the site is for, what it must achieve, and what's in scope, then put it in writing.
Outcome: A written brief and a fixed price, within days.
- Kickoff call
- Goals and audience
- Content and site review
- Fixed quote and timeline
Phase 02 · Days 3–4
Define
The brief becomes structure: sitemap, page outlines and wireframes, so we agree what goes where before any visual design.
Outcome: A clickable skeleton of the site.
- Sitemap
- Page outlines
- Wireframes
- Content plan
Phase 03 · Days 5–7
Design
Visual design against real content and real breakpoints, reviewed with you as we go. Motion is designed last, on top of layouts that already work.
Outcome: Every page designed and signed off.
- Art direction
- Page designs
- Mobile and desktop states
- Motion and interaction
Phase 04 · Days 7–10
Build
Design becomes code, with build starting while design is still finishing. You get a staging link early, and performance and accessibility are checked throughout.
Outcome: A staging site ready to launch.
- Development
- Content setup
- Performance and accessibility checks
- QA and testing
Phase 05 · End of week 2
Launch & support
We launch, hand everything over, and stay available. Thirty days of support are included; retainers are there if you want us to keep improving things.
Outcome: Live in about two weeks, and still supported after.
- Launch
- Handover and training
- 30 days of included support
- Optional retainer
