AI search optimisation in Dubai

When someone asks ChatGPT for a clinic, a lawyer or a studio in Dubai, the answer comes from what it can read about you. Most business websites give it very little to work with.

More and more people ask an AI assistant instead of typing into Google. ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's own AI answers read websites, summarise them and name businesses. They are not choosing at random: they recommend what they can understand, and a site built only for human eyes often gives them almost nothing to understand.

This is sometimes called generative engine optimisation, or GEO. The name is newer than the work. Most of it is doing properly what good technical SEO always asked for: clear facts about who you are, what you do, where, and for whom, marked up so a machine can read them without guessing, and kept consistent everywhere they appear.

Nobody can promise that an assistant will recommend you, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can do is remove every reason for it not to: make your site easy to read, easy to quote, and hard to get wrong.

What is actually wrong

The four things people describe when they call.

AI assistants describe you wrongly

Old prices, a closed branch, a service you stopped offering. An assistant repeats what it found, and a stale page is what it found.

You are not in the answer at all

Ask an assistant for a business like yours in your area. If you are missing, it is usually because your site says what you do in pictures and slogans rather than plain facts.

Your name is shared with other businesses

When another company uses a similar name, an assistant can blend the two together or send people to the wrong one. Clear, consistent facts are how it tells you apart.

Nothing tells you if it is working

Without analytics you cannot see visits arriving from ChatGPT or Perplexity, so you cannot tell whether any of this made a difference.

What AI assistants actually read

They read your pages the way a very fast, very literal reader would: the headings, the text, and the structured data behind the page that states facts in a format built for machines. Where that data is missing they infer, and inference is where the mistakes come from.

  • Structured data describing your business, services, prices and location
  • An llms.txt file, a plain summary written for AI assistants to read
  • One consistent name, address and phone number on every page
  • Answers to the questions customers actually ask, marked up as FAQs
  • Fast pages that load their content without waiting on scripts

How you know it is working

The analytics we set up show visits arriving from ChatGPT, Perplexity and other assistants as their own sources, next to Google, so you can watch the effect instead of taking it on trust. No cookies, and nothing that identifies a visitor.

What this is not

It is not a trick, a submission service or a paid placement. There is no way to buy a recommendation from an AI assistant, and a studio that sells one is selling something it does not control. It is the unglamorous work of making your site clear, current and consistent, which also happens to help ordinary search.
