Clinics and aesthetics
Website design for clinics in Dubai
Aesthetic, dermatology, physiotherapy and specialist practices. The patient is choosing a person to trust with their body, and almost every clinic site makes that harder than it needs to be.
Dubai has an enormous number of clinics and most of their websites are interchangeable. The same stock imagery, the same list of treatments, the same promise of world class care. A patient comparing four of them has nothing to choose between except price and proximity, which is exactly the comparison a good clinic loses.
What separates them is specific: who the practitioners are, what they trained in, what they actually do all day, and what a first appointment is like. That information exists in every clinic and almost none of them put it on the site.
The rest is practical. Treatments people can find by searching for them, honest ranges, and an enquiry that reaches a human quickly. In aesthetics particularly, the clinic that replies first very often wins.
What is actually wrong
The four things people describe when they call.
It could be any clinic
Stock photography and language that says nothing specific. If your site would still make sense with a competitor's logo on it, it is not doing anything for you.
The practitioners are invisible
A patient is choosing a person, not a facility. Names, faces, training and specialisms are the most persuasive content you have and it is usually a single crowded page.
Treatments cannot be found individually
One long services page means nothing can rank for the treatment somebody actually searched, and nothing can be linked to from an ad.
Enquiries are slow
In aesthetics the first clinic to reply very often gets the booking. A form nobody watches loses patients who were ready.
Practitioners are the product
For anything involving a needle, a laser or a pair of hands, the patient is choosing a person. The clinic is the setting. That means real photography, actual credentials, how long they have practised, what they treat most often, and ideally something that makes them a human being rather than a headshot. It is the highest converting content on a clinic site and it is nearly always the thinnest.
- A page per practitioner, findable by name
- Credentials and specialisms stated plainly, not as a wall of acronyms
- Real photography, taken in your clinic
- Which treatments each one performs, linked both ways
A page per treatment, and why the long services page fails
Nobody searches for a clinic before they search for what is wrong. One long services page cannot rank for any individual treatment, cannot be the destination of an ad, and forces a patient to scroll past nine things they do not have. A page each is more work up front and it is the difference between a site that gets found and one that only works if you already knew the name.
The closest thing we have built
AK Tennis Academy
Not a clinic, and we will not pretend otherwise. The problem is the same one: a Dubai business whose expertise sat in someone's head while the website said nothing specific, and whose enquiries arrived through DMs. Coaches became people with names and specialisms, and the booking reached them.
Sports & coaching
A mobile tennis academy that brings the coach to any court in Dubai.
