How a small studio runs a whole project
When people hear 'small studio', they picture a bottleneck. In practice it is the opposite. Projects rarely stall for a shortage of hands. They stall in the distance between the person who understands what you need and the person actually building it. We removed that distance by removing everyone in between.
Armaan founded the studio and still leads every project: the strategy, the design direction, and the standard the build is held to. A small specialised team works to that direction, and he is in every conversation from your first message. Nothing you say has to be relayed, summarised, or forwarded to a team you never meet.
What that changes day to day
- Decisions are fast. A question that would sit in an agency inbox for a week gets answered the same afternoon, because the person who can answer it is the person you are talking to.
- Nothing is lost in translation. The person who hears your idea is the person who designs it and directs the build. There is no brief to misread.
- You always know who is accountable. When something needs fixing there is no queue and no ticket number, just a message to the founder.
The trade we make, honestly
Being small means we take on a handful of projects at a time, not dozens. We cannot be the studio that staffs twelve people on a launch next week. What we can be is the studio where the person who quoted the work is the person who delivers it, start to finish.
The fastest path between an idea and a live site is the shortest one. We just took out the middle.
That is the whole model. Fewer people, less distance, more ownership. It is why most of our projects go live in about two weeks, and why you never have to explain your business twice.
